    However it is not as straightforward as that; after all this is an Agatha Christie mystery play.

    Rescheduled walk from January!  This time we might have had a bit of rain and see some lovely waterfalls. Most of the walk is under the canopy of dense bushland and majestic trees.  

    We meet at Springwood Train Station and slowly descend the valley to the Glenbook Creek.  We follow the creek for a few kilometres and will break for lunch around the Perch Ponds.  

    After lunch we slowly make our way uphill following the fairy dell track past a series of beautiful waterfalls. 

    A lovely walk in any weather.

    Enjoy the spectacular views of Govett Gorge from Evans Lookout after a suburban walk from the bus stop.

    We descend steeply on new stone stairs.

    There is then a short side trip to Beauchamp Falls.

    Returning to the intersection we then start the Grand Canyon from the downstream end on Greaves Creek.

    After passing through a short tunnel and Nellie's Glen we ascend to walk back to the bus stop.

    This walk is accessible by train and bus.

    Easy circuit walk around Lake Parramatta. This 75ha reserve contains many trees, some up to 400 years old. Bring water and snacks and BYO lunch or have lunch at the cafe.

    Hopefully the Spring flowers may be starting to bloom.

    This walk is mainly on bush tracks, with a beach walk and about 4km. on or beside a road.

    We will travel by bus and ferry to the walk.

    We will walk from Otford Station to Garawarra Farm junction where we will take the coastal path to Burning Palms Beach then continue along the coastal path. At the Burgh Ridge track we will make a detour to Garie Beach with some rock hopping. On return to Burgh Ridge Track we will head towards Garawarra Farm where we will then follow the Burgh Track with a mixture of bush tracks and fire trails to Helensburgh.
