Program Activities

We will start this walk at the carpark marking the Southern end of the Coastal Track. Once we climb to the top, we will follow the fire trail to Garrawarra Farm carpark then down the Burgh Track to Burning Palms. We then head north following the Coast Track to Little Garie Beach then come back to Otford via the Coast Track with its beautiful views down to Wollongong. The walk is on well marked bushtracks and a fire trail.

Join Ed and Denise on this classic hard grade 2 walk on well marked bush tracks along Lane Cove River.  The walk has some challenges including a creek crossing and some rough terrain.

The Plot:: The Appleton Show has a famous Potato Race. However, the winning man's prize is $1,000 and the winning woman's prize is a measly $200. Penny, returning to this small country town of her childhood, decides to take steps to restore gender parity. This precipitates a spiralling, hilarious culture war. Please Note: Pymble Players are now at the Zenith Theatre in Chatswood. Also, contrary to usual, the play is on a Saturday night. The play starts at 7:30pm and runs for approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes, including  interval. Cost: Adults $36 (includes share of transaction fee). The 7 Bridges Walk is an annual community event held in Sydney, designed to raise awareness and funds for cancer research and support services. This group will be starting from Milsons Point 7:30am and aiming to do the whole circuit.  However, participants can choose to leave at an earlier exit point.  Participants must first register on the 7 Bridges  website:

Although requested to on the website, there is no additional fundraising expectation - just registration and walking. The walk traverses seven iconic bridges around Sydney Harbour, connecting famous bridges such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Anzac Bridge, Iron Cove Bridge, and more.

We will be starting the walk at Rose Bay Ferry Wharf and walking around the harbour to North Sydney Wharf.  Along the way we will pass through the Domain and cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Book after 20 October 2025. Following the coastal track from Manly to Collaroy passing 9 northern beaches, over 2 or 3 low cliffs, along paved walkways, boardwalks, bush tracks and sand (minimal beach walking). There may be a swimming opportunity depending on the weather. Finishing at Collaroy express bus stop with a drinks diversion for anyone who’s thirsty. 

This is a 30 min online forum for new Activity Leaders starting at 6pm (and those who want to brush up).  The aim is to give you support and address any concerns.  We will discuss how to lead a walk, requirements on the day and risk management. When emailing to book let me know if you want specific issues discussed.  Once you book I will set up the meeting.

BOOKINGS FROM 1st NOV. Starting with a ferry ride from Circular Quay to Watsons Bay, this is a stunning walk exploring the southern harbour shores. Highlights include scenic harbour views and pleasant cafes and beaches along the way....and finally a gelato stop at Circular Quay! A joint walk with The Bush Club.

This is a circuit walk starting at Evans Lookout and descending into a dry canyon on well marked tracks with steps. After 1.5km we traverse the canyon floor and cross over the creek with some uneven rock hopping then start the ascent back to Evans Lookout.

Join Lynn and Denise at The Killer Queen Experience at Norths Cammeray. We will be having dinner before hand before enjoying the band/singers recreating the band Queen. Sing and dance to Queen's greatest hits. Tickets are $47pp. Payment will secure your spot.  For more details
