This trip follows the beaches, headlands and rocks from Umina to Patonga near low tide. Lunch will be at Patonga. Views across to West Head and Lion Island. Return via an inland route. MEMBERS ONLY. Lots of rock platform hopping under Middle Head (approx 2 hours). Bring lots of water.
