An introductory walk specifically for families with children aged 7 years and over who have either no previous or very little bushwalking experience.  Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult guardian nominated by the parent.  Leaders of these walks are Club members with extensive bushwalking experience.  You will get to experience the natural beauty of the Bush and also learn what to bring in your backpack, how to be prepared and keep safe whilst enjoying bushwalking at the same time.  Where possible, walks will finish at a family-friendly local cafe at the end of the walk.

An easy family walk, 3km, all on track. Easy walk in the bush to the beautiful Glenbrook Creek in the Blue Mountains National Park and return. Afterwards we will celebrate at one of Glenbrook's many cafe's.

Walk starts from Glenbrook station at the entrance at 10.30am. Leaders are Beth Rohrlach and Christopher Webber. If attending, please book with Beth Rohrlach on 0424 732 287 by Wednesday, 13 August. Please call Beth if you have any questions about what to bring.
