Grade 4 walk bordering on Grade 5, all on bush tracks, from Cowan Station to Mount Kuring-Gai station, 18-20 kilometres. Nice views over Berowra Creek and up through Lyrebird Gully (Benowie Track). Meeting Cowan station at 9.40am with a view to finishing between 5 and 6pm.
