Let's celebrate the New Year with a pleasant 8-9km walk from Dee Why to Manly. Expect to get your feet wet if the tide is high as we will first explore the area around Dee Why lagoon and bird sanctuary and then walk south towards Manly. This will be an easy walk on sand, roads and pavements. Lots of swims and a long lunch stop on the way.
Take bus L85 from Wynyard, leaves 10:15am, arrives Dee Why 10:51am. The bus stop is at corner of Pittwater Road and and Howard Avenue. Aiming to start the walk 11:00am.
