Pleasant coastal walk along beaches and headlands, passing via Shellharbour. Some scrubby & overgrown areas to contend with on headlands and points. No major hills (nothing over 50m) but walk requires a bit of stamina to complete. Plenty of swimming opportunities so bring bathers and towel. Long sections without shade so be sure to slip, slop, slap. There is some distance to cover so 8:00am meeting at Café Fix in Flora Street next to Sutherland railway station to allow time to organise car pool and shuffle. Drivers willing to contribute their vehicles please let me know when booking a place.
