Join me in a series (3) of training walks where I'll be carrying a full pack (you don't have to!). This 1st walk will follow Lyrebird Gully to Berowra Creek, then Sams Creek and up the hill to Berowra. A very well know track with interesting scenery. Pace may be slow to medium.
