Starting at Woy Woy Station we head over the Spike Milligan Bridge and then under the bridge where we then pick up the fire trail to start our ascent (2 very steep fire trails) up to the start of the Koolewong Ridge Fire Trail.  The walk is a beautiful meander through the canopy of trees with stunning views over Brisbane Waters.  We then cross over Corrumbine Creek and then pick up the Milyerra Road Fire Trail (a meander through the rainforest) which then takes us back to the main road.  We then head down one of the local streets to pick up the very picturesque water reserve which we follow finishing at Gosford Station and a recovery drink at the local pub.  A very pleasant day's walking guaranteed!  If you would like to view photos of this bushwalk then click here Woy Woy To Gosford Via Koolewong Ridge (remember you must be logged into the website).
