From Brooklyn we will take a water taxi to Gunyah Beach. Then head up hill off track to Gunyah Hill. From here we’ll traverse the ridge (bush bash) taking us to Cliff Trig and then onwards to Taffy’s Rock. It is then a bush track walk back to Jerusalem Bay and to our finish at Cowan Station. The section from Gunyah Beach to Taffy’s Rock is unsurveyed and depending on undergrowth etc may be slow going. This will be an all day outing and will require a payment of $15 – $20 for the water taxi, depending on final numbers. Payment will need to be made in advance to confirm your spot. The walk will be weather dependant and there will be swimming opportunities at Gunyah Beach and Jerusalem Bay. Joint walk with The Bush Club.
