Great North Walk 8 Mooney Mooney Creek To Somersby - Sunday 13 August 2023

GNW 8 now ticked off the list! Due to track damage and a new bridge being installed this section had been closed for most of this year.  However, we finally delivered and conquered! This is one of the most scenic and diverse range of terrain out of all the GNW's we have trekked so far. Fortunately the rain held off, a tad humid and muddy in some places with just a few leeches to keep everyone on their toes!  Plus a snake thrown in for good measure!  All in all a great day was had by all!
