Exploratory walk joining a number of trails in a figure of 8 jaunt through Ku-Ring-Gai NP from Duffy's Forest. Initially following Nerang Track to Smiths Creek and returning via Smiths Creek Trail. Following Smiths Creek itself may involve following faint foot pads and negotiating some upper tidal reaches. The second loop will take us out to Wilkins (track) look out via the Perimeter Trail and returning via a series of local foot pads / bike tracks and the Echunga Trail. The Leader has not done this loop in recent memory, so there may be unexpected challenges! Meeting point will be Nerang Avenue Terry Hills, with a lateish start.
