This circuit walk starts and finishes at Caves Beach. On easy bush tracks and fire trails the walk heads south along the coastline to Pinneys Beach then heads west, up and over the Wallarah Pennisula then inland to pick up the Yondeo Trail (palm gully rain forest) to Murrays Beach on the eastern foreshore of Lake Macquarie. This walk will also take in side trips to Spoon Rocks Spit and Pinney’s Headland. A car pool will be organised from Hornsby with volunteer drivers required (depending on numbers). The drive to Caves Beach is just over an hour up the M1 Motorway. When registering please provide your membership number and mobile phone number.
