One of the classic walks in Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park.  We will start at the park entrance and pass the Sphinx Memorial.  Looping down through temperate rainforest along the Cowan Creek to the Bobbin Head Marina, where we may stop for treats at the cafe.  After we pass onto the new boardwalks through the mangroves where we will stop for lunch.  The last section will be along Cockle Creek  to the Gibberagong Waterhole.  A final steep climb at the end to return back on the road to the start.

Public transport is possible with train to Turramurra and then 577 bus to Du Faur St.

Depending on numbers, car pool may be preferable.  Please advise when booking if you will be driving and can take passengers.
