This walk is now full.
In the Ku-ring-gai Chase NP we follow the Great North Walk from Cowan to just above Jerusalem Bay. There we turn off and follow Govett Ridge out to Taffy's Rock where we'll enjoy a pleasant (Christmas) lunch, before heading back the way we came. Opportunity for a swim at Jerusalem Bay (most likely on the way back) to cool down and refresh. The walk is all on bush track with a number of sharp ups and downs just to make it worthwhile. The rewards are magnificent with views over Jerusalem Bay, Cowan Creek and the Hawkesbury out to Lion Island and beyond. Joint walk with the Bush Club.
