This is one of the few "easy" entry points to the Colo Gorge. Following a fire trail it is then a short but steep descent to the Colo River. Lots of loose underfoot downhill foot track, requiring balance and coordination. The reward is magnificent granite walls and views of the Colo in one of its remotest spots. Fire trail at start may be potholed and car pooling may be desired. This is a joint walk with the Bush Club.
