One of the classic walks in Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park.  We will start at the park entrance and pass the Sphinx Memorial.  Looping down through temperate rainforest along the Cowan Creek to the Bobbin Head Marina and on through the mangrove boardwalk to the rainforest for lunch. The final leg passes along Cockle Creek up to the Gibberagong Waterhole.  A final steep climb at the end to return back on the road to the start. Public transport is possible with train to Turramurra Staition and then 577 bus to Du Faur Street. Depending on numbers, car pool may be preferable.
