This walk will combine the iconic Spit to Manly walk with an interesting route from Manly to Dee Why via the "worm hole" and around Freshwater headland keeping to the shore line (low tide) and beaches. There will be some rock hopping and sure footed experience will be required when we cross areas where the tide runs.
