Coalcliff to Austinmer via the Sea Cliff Bridge - Sunday 7 June 2020
Coalcliff - what a hidden little gem this is! A picturesque village perched on steeply sloping ground sandwiched between the Pacific Ocean and the sheer cliffs of the Illawarra Escarpment and the gateway to the stunning Sea Cliff Bridge. The Sea Cliff Bridge is not only a remarkable engineering achievement but also aesthetically pleasing as it winds around the rugged coastline (as the photos show in the photo gallery). After we departed the Sea Cliff Bridge we headed downhill towards our destination of Austinmer whilst taking in the beautiful breathtaking coastal scenery. Thanks Len for organising and joining Len on this beautiful coastal walk included Robert, Denise, Ed, Linda, Francois and Leah.
