A classic and great summer walk as it is shady most of the way. We will meet at Turramurra Station and then a short 10-15 minute drive to the start at the entrance to Ku-Ring-Gai National Park. The walk takes us through temperate rainforest and follows the Cowan Creek down to the Bobbin Head Marina where we stop for lunch. Finally we follow the Cockle Creek back with a short steep climb to the start. We will aim for an early start to beat the midday heat. A wonderful scenic walk on well formed tracks with a short section on pavement.
