The Club Annual General Meeting, incorporating a special resolution to adopt a new club constitution, will be held in the Scholes room at the Woodstock Community Centre, Church Street, Burwood, commencing at 9.30am. All current financial members are welcome and encouraged to attend and vote on the special resolution and for a new Committee. Nomination forms for positions on the Club's Committee must be completed and received by the Club Secretary by Friday 28 June.
The AGM will be followed by the ever-popular annual photo competition and a 'bring a plate' sweet and savoury food competition; proceedings will conclude at 12:00.
