An urban "bitza" walk.

It has bits of bush tracks, shared paths with cyclists, parks, lots of dog walkers, the Willoughby Incinerator, Henry Lawson's cave, "Fatty" Dawson's ruins, the underside of the Northbridge Suspension bridge and great views of Middle Harbour which we share with the homes of the wealthy.

There is also one set of steep stone steps (40 metres down), and three headlands with ascent/descents of 30, 50 and 40 metres respectively. The overall descent from Artarmon is 70 metres.

Finally, at The Spit, we can inspect the memorial to the "Lucinda" and the plaque to Les Darcy.

This walk has not been on the club's program before, as far as I can recall.
