A new take on a familiar walk. We will do the track in reverse, starting down the fire trail and the short steep descent to the Gibberagong Waterholes. We then slowly wind down along the Cockle Creek through the temperate rainforest to the Empire Marina. A lovely stretch along the Cowan Creek and then up the hill to the Sphinx Memorial.
We will meet at Turramurra Train Station and will need cars to get to that start.
Will try to statt a little earlier to avoid the midday heat.
