Meeting at Manly ferry wharf, we'll go through the iconic "hole in the wall" after visiting Shelly Beach. Then onto Blue Fish Point and North Head itself via the old artilary barracks and WW2 gun emplacements. From here we follow the "wall" via Old Mans Hat to Quarantine Head. Here we'll see the many ship carvings from the "inmates" that were held in the Quarantine station. Following a visit to the Quarantine station we'll then make our way back to the Manly ferry wharf.
The walk covers a mixture of street walking, paved pathway, bush tracks and a small section off track including some beach / rock hopping.
