Morning tea at Pie in the Sky cafe at Cowan. 4km bike ride to the Hawkesbury River. From there to Brooklyn for lunch and short ride to Parsley Bay. Catch train back to Hornsby. Option to ride back to Hornsby. Suitable for all bikes.
