The Club's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Woodstock Community Centre, Burwood, in the Hardy Room (upstairs), commencing at 9.00am. All current financial members are welcome and encouraged to attend and vote for a new Committee. Nomination forms for positions on the Club's Committee must be completed and received by the Club Secretary by Friday 23 June.
The AGM will be followed by the ever-popular annual photo competition annd proceedings will conclude at 12 noon.
