Fish Pool is located on the Nattai River and this short walk includes a circuit and involves walking on firetrail (Mt Waratah), offtrack (Hidden Creek) and dirt track (Anticipation Spur).  The ascents are steep but all on track or firetrail.  The offtrack section is down Hidden Creek itself. Other features of note during the walk are Sluice Box Falls on Hidden Creek and the Fish Pool falls as well as Spellbinder Rock and Chas Reid's Thumb on Anticipation Spur.  There will be time for a swim at Fish Hole where we will be having lunch so bring bathers and towel.

Meet at Strathfield Square beside fountain at 8:30am for car pool. Driving time to start is about 1.5 hours so there will be a short tea/coffee stop in Mittagong on the way.

When booking, please advise if you are willing to offer others a lift and contribute to the carpool.
