Enjoy the sights of the lower Blue Mountains, only 1 hour from Sydney. From the National Park office at Glenbrook we descend to Jellybean Pool and follow Glenbrook Gorge to the Causeway. We follow the Camp Fire Creek circuit and gradually climb to the Red Hands car park. From here we take a worthwhile detour to Crayfish Pool for lunch. Enjoy a waterfall, wide swimming hole and a sandy beach. Return to the Camp Fire Creek track and stop to see Red Hands Cave with its significant Aboriginal rock art.

The track to Crayfish Pool (1.8km) is steep and rough in parts. The rest of the walk is on good bush track and a small section of fire trail.

Start and finish at Glenbrook Station. There will be a short drive to the National Park entrance if there are enough cars.
