Large wide sandy beach with mostly sheltered snorkelling near rocks at eastern end. Cross over to Bundeena from Cronulla via ferry (or drive to Bundeena through Royal NP), then 1.5km walk. Limited shade so sun shelter/beach umbrella recommended.
Starting from 11:00am, BYO food & drink (no café nearby although can stop in Bundeena on return). If you need to borrow snorkelling gear, please contact me as I have some available for loan.
NB Snorkelling is a fine weather activity. Cancellation will occur (and at relatively short notice) if there has been heavy rain the day before (visibility and/or health risks due to runoff) or if it's overcast/raining on the day or if there are strong winds/swells or excessively cold temperatures, for example. If in doubt, check with me first.
