Follow the tracks around the coastlines of Castle Cove, Middle Cove, Castle Crag and Northbridge before heading to Narremburn via Tunks Park.
Car shuffle to start preferred as public transport shuts down in Castle Cove on Sundays.
Finish can be either Artarmon or St Leonards Station depending on partcipants.
Mostly on narrow tracks, with slippery parts in the shaded sections. Frequent short ups and downs. Some quiet streets. Magnificent views into Middle Harbour and its Coves, and of posh houses.
