Emerald Pool Circuit Walk Popran National Park - Sunday 10 September 2023

What a magical day we all had!  Starting with our usual coffee heart starter at the Hub Cafe at Mangrove Mountain we then headed to Ironbark Road to the start of our walk.  First stop was a climb to the top of Mount Olive offering 360 degree views to everywhere.  We then meandered along easy walking fire trails with an ascent down a bush track to the Emerald Pool for a relaxing lunch.  We then headed out across the Hominy Creek to meander on more easy walking fire trails back to our cars!  The sun was shining, the Waratah flowers were blooming, the trees were shining, there was lots of chatter and a fun day had by all!
