In this Grade 2 walk, you will walk along both sides of Lane Cove River. Itis a good combination of Great North Walk ('real' bush track), easy bush track and paved track near peaceful picnic areas. Big sandstone caves, historical buildings, summer flowers and chirpy (and noisy) birds.

Meet: Eden Gardens (Corner Lane Cove and Fontenoy Roads, Macquarie Park), Outside of the entrance gate, 9.30am
How to get there:
Car: Park on Fontenoy Rd or Tuckwell PL, Macquarie Park. Then, cross LaneCove Rd at the intersection of Fontenoy Rd and Lane Cove Rd. Eden Gardens is at the intersection.
Train: Get off at MacquariePark railway station. Walk along Lane Cove Rd for 1km.
