The Thursday Survey on 10 Jan 2019 took us to this excellent, relatively untravelled area just north of Mount Victoria. We explored some rocky pagoda outcrops and the winding gorge of Victoria Brook, complete with a very long and scenic rock overhang. Saw a rare Broad Headed Snake and a bird's nest containing two rather ugly chicks. Then out along the good track to Odin Head, where views to the north and east were unfortunately limited by the low cloud. Leader: Nick Collins. Photos: Angela, Daniel and Nick.
